Most of the roofs we look at don’t actually need replacement yet. We say so — in writing, with photos. We earn the next job. We don’t pressure-close this one.

Most asphalt roofs in NE fail by year 18 because of poor ventilation, 4-nail fastening, and skipped ice-and-water shield. Our spec is 6-nail, full ice-shield, balanced ventilation.
